REFUND POLICY:
 
Refunds will only be given in the event that a replacement item is not available, and a substitute cannot be found.  Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping charges.  If the original purchase was “free shipping” then the amount of the refund will be the original purchase price LESS the original cost to ship item.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance, and item is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  If the original purchase was on a credit card, the refund will be issued on same credit card.
